When and how do I pay?
All services must be prepaid in advance. Payment can be made by credit card (through PayPal incurring a 5% surcharge) cheque or bank transfer.
When can I have an appointment - do I need to take a day's leave?
Appointments are available when you are available. If you can only shop when the children are at school, appointments can be scheduled between 9:30 and 2:30. Likewise if you have a demanding career during the week, a weekend appointment can be scheduled at no extra charge.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date without incurring any penalty however cancellation charges will apply with less than 24 hours notice.
